Iric Schoenfeld

Founder

Iric has worked across a variety of industries and finance functions at both Fortune 500 companies and startups alike. He brings a unique skill set that understands how each aspect of the financial operation connects and the importance of each at various growth stages. He founded Rise to deliver this holistic perspective to clients, offering guidance that strengthens performance and drives sustainable growth. Iric holds a B.S. from the University of Central Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant. In his free time, he can be found on the Northern California Coast spending time with his wife and dogs, surfing, or popping the cork on a bottle of wine.

Harshpreet Liddar

Staff Accountant

Harshpreet supports Rise clients with their day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping needs, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and financial clarity. Dedicated to helping businesses succeed, he brings precision and a problem-solving mindset to every engagement. His work plays a vital role in keeping clients informed and equipped to make sound decisions. Harshpreet holds a B.A. from UC Santa Cruz and is CPA- eligible. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring the outdoors and finding new ways to stay active.

Stephanie Bañuelos

Controller

Stephanie brings extensive management experience to her role leading accounting operations for Rise clients, ensuring their financial systems run smoothly, reports are accurate, and compliance requirements are met with confidence. She is known for simplifying complex accounting challenges and driving improvements that save time, reduce risk, and elevate performance. Her expertise has been pivotal in improving reporting timelines, closing books accurately, and preparing for audits across public, private, and nonprofit organizations. Stephanie holds a B.S. from DeVry University and is a certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor and Microsoft Excel Specialist. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and her prized French bulldog.
